To create this layout, I started with solid yellow card stock and added some strips of patterned paper to the top and bottom of the page to create a border.
I used the charm letters to create the banner for the title at the top of the pages. The title was then attached to the strip of patterned card stock using Orangesicle Trendy Twine.
The characters were cut from patterned card stock from my stash and matted on solid black card stock and added to the bottom of the layout.
A couple of Mickey ear charms were tied with twine and adhered to a couple of the photo mats.

This is such a great and easy way to do a border! I have often done this myself with my pages. Very fun 2 pager! Lots of color and happiness going on!! Thanks for joining us at Lasting Memories this week.
