Spud-tacular Card

Today I have a fun card to share using my new Peachy Keen Stamps, The Adorbsies.  I just love these new face stamps.  I used a Spellbinders die for the base of my card and pop dotted it for some dimension.  The potato was also popped up for more dimension.  A few sequins embellished the scalloped oval for a bit of sparkle.
The sentiment is from the Peachy Keen Veggie Sentiments digital download.  I thought it was so perfect for my card.  A few enamel dots were the finishing touch on my card.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Seashore Layout

Today I am sharing a fun layout with a whimsical mermaid theme.  I used the Pretty Little Mermaids cutting file from KaDoodle Bug Designs for my layout.  The title was cut from the Life Is A Beach cartridge.  The mermaid's face was stamped with the Peachy Keen Princess Face stamps.
I used touches of Stickles on my paper piecings and cut the title out of glitter paper for some sparkle. The Shell Collage Cuttlebug embossing folder was used for the shells and the Swiss Dots folder was used to emboss the starfish.  The sentiment is stamped from the new Scrappy Moms Anchors Away stamp set.  I couldn't help using this adorable sentiment on another project.  A tiny bow in Twisted Blue Berry Trendy Twine finished off my journaling tag.

Hope your Birthday is Boatloads of Fun

Scrappy Moms Stamps is continuing their 5th Birthday celebration so make sure to head over there to enter the daily giveaways and to take advantage of their awesome sale.  For my project today I created a fun card with the new release "Anchors Away" stamp set and the Salty Dogs cutting file from KaDoodle Bug Designs.
I originally started with an embossed base, however then ended up adding layers of paper which covered up most of the embossing.  A hand cut flag was adhered to the corner of my card with the sentiment from the new "Anchors Away" stamp set.  I added an anchor to the sentiment tag with a small twine bow in Lemon Tart Trendy Twine.

You are the Sweetest

I needed a quick tag for a gift bag so I created a very simple one using the newly released Scrappy Moms Stamps "Writing on the Wall" and the new Peachy Keen Stamps "The Adorbsies".  I used both of my favorite stamp companies on this sweet little tag.
I went to my stash of scraps and hand cut this simple tag, pop dotted the little mushroom and stamped the sentiment.  The mushroom is a Digital Stamp also from Peachy Keen.  My tag was finished off with some Krazy for Kraft Trendy Twine.

Thanks a Melon Card!

Today I am sharing a card with the new Adorbsies Peachy Keen Stamps.  I just love these cute faces. My watermelon shaped card was created using the Bag Toppers - Summer digital cartridge.  I enlarged the bag topper to a card size and added an oversized tag.  The tag was created with the Winter Frolic cartridge.  I popped dotted the watermelon slice on the tag for some dimension.
Some Stickles were added to the watermelon seeds for a bit of sparkle.  The tag was embellished with a Chevron Trendy Page Dot and some braided Holly Berry Trendy Twine.  The sentiment is a digital download "Fruit Sentiments Two" also from Peachy Keen Stamps.

Thanks a Bunch Card

I have another Cutie KaToodle creation to share.  This time I used the Field Mouse cutting file from KaDoodle Bug Designs.  I needed a thank you card so this cutie was just perfect for my card.
The mat for the base of my card was cut from a Spellbinders die.  A punched border along the bottom edge of the card was the perfect pop of color.  I added a small twine bow in Tickled with Teal Trendy Twine on top of a paper flower and hand cut flag.  The sentiment is from the Scrappy Moms Flower Power stamp set.

Trendy Twine Design Day

Hello everyone!  I'm over on the Trendy Twine blog today with a 4th of July layout featuring Stars & Stripes Trendy Twine.  I went for a fun and festive theme using the Moo-velous BBQ cutting file from KaDoodle Bug Designs.  The 4th of July title and flags were cut from the Summer Celebrations cartridge and the BBQ Time title was cut from the Create A Friend cartridge.
I used several different red, white and blue patterns to keep with the patriotic theme.  A bit of striped washi was adhered to the photo mat.  The twine was used to highlight some of the cuts on my page and I also added a whimsical twist by looping the twine next the photo mat.  This technique helps to accent the photo on a busy layout page.
Head on over to Annie's Paper Boutique to pick up this Stars & Stripes twine for those patriotic projects.  Thanks so much for stopping by and have an awesome day!

Trendy Twine Design Day

Hello everyone!  I'm over on the Trendy Twine blog today with a festive project to share featuring Stars & Stripes Trendy Twine and the Small Kraft Pillow Boxes.  This twine is such a great combination of red, white and blue making it perfect for those patriotic projects.  For my projects, I created a shaker card and embellished a couple of the pillow boxes so I can tuck in some treats.
The kraft boxes were wrapped with some papers from my stash which coordinated perfectly with the twine.  I created a paper rosette for one of the boxes and I went to my stash of dies to cut out some sparkly stars for my projects.  The finishing touch was the twine, I wrapped it around one of the boxes and added a small bow to the center of a star shaped button on the other box.  My shaker card was created using a polaroid style frame cut from the Stand and Salute cartridge, I added some sequin stars to the frame and finished in off with a sentiment from the Scrappy Moms Yankee Doodle Dandy stamp set.
This was such an easy way to create a festive gift for 4th of July.  Head on over to Annie's Paper Boutique to pick up these goodies for those patriotic projects.  Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a great day!

The sentiment from the Scrappy Moms Dancing in Circles 2 stamp set was stamped on a scalloped circle.  I cut some strips of paper and created a sun for my card with the sentiment in the center.  A strip of grass was punched from the Fiskars Grass punch and adhered along the bottom of my card.

Graduation Layout

Today I have a single page 12x12 layout to share using the Cutie KaToodles Graduation Owl from KaDoodle Bug Designs.  I used the Classroom June & July cartridge in Design Space for the title of my layout.
I can't get enough of these KaToodles with their big eyes.  I kept my layout simple and tucked in a journaling tag with a sentiment from the Scrappy Moms Designers Choice 2 stamp set.  The sentiment on the seal is from the Fun Celebrations stamp set, also from Scrappy Moms.  A bit of coordinating twine in Dark Citrus Trendy Twine was the finishing touch on my layout.
