Sprinkled with Love Card

Today I am playing along with the DCWV Stack-a-holic Challenge using the card sketch.  Again, I used papers from the new Confetti Stack.  I am totally loving the bright and cheery patterns in this stack.  I used some of the left over papers from my layout that was created with the same papers.
Since my card was a CAS style, I thought I would add a fun shaker square.  The shaker was created with some confetti from the same stack and sealed in a pocket using the Fuse tool.  The finishing touch was a fun sentiment from the same stack and a few enamel dots.
Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have an awesome day!

Celebrate Layout

Today I am playing along with the DCWV Stack-a-holic Challenge using the layout sketch.  I used some fun and festive papers from the new Confetti Stack.  This stack has so many amazing patterns and colors and it also includes an entire page of confetti pockets.  For my layout, I cut up a page of cupcake squares and fussy cut several of the little cupcakes.  The cupcakes were adhered to the punched scallop circles.  I used my white gel pen for a bit of doodling on the scalloped circles.  A few enamel dots were scattered amongst the cupcakes as an embellishment.
Next to the photo mat, I added a shaker element to my layout.  I adhered 4 of the cupcake squares to the striped paper and sprinkled in some confetti from the same stack.  Originally I attempted to use one of the confetti pockets from the stack, however, the sizing seemed to be off for my layout.  I created my own shaker feature which was sealed with my Fuse tool.

Scatter Kindness Card

Today I have a sweet card to share with the new Peachy Keen Fashionista Face Assortment Stamps. I am certainly enjoying the Spring time weather we are having so I created a Spring themed card. The new face stamps were perfect for this adorable girl who was cut from the KaDoodle Bug Designs Lady Bug Girls cutting file.
The lady bug is also from the same file, I simply added it to a punched circle base.  You may be seeing a layout created with this file in the near future, I just loved the girls and lady bugs in this cutting file so I don't think I'm finished with it just yet. The sentiment is from the Scrappy Moms Flower Power stamp set.

Hello Love Layout

Today I have a layout page to share created with the new DCWV Classy Copper Stack.   The papers in this stack are so elegant and beautiful.  I especially love the metallic copper treatments in this stack. The embossed copper pages are just as amazing.  I used a small strip of the embossed paper and punched it with the Fiskars Scalloped Sentiment punch.
All of the elements on my page are from the same stack, I fussy cut the flowers on the corner of the photo mat and punched out the scattered hearts.  The sweet sentiments were the perfect finishing touch on my layout page.

Hooray It's Your Birthday

Today I have a fun birthday card to share created with the Shoptastic Cuties - Birthday Cupcake Cutie file from KaDoodle Bug Designs.  The new Shoptastic Cuties are so fun and cutesy.
I added different colored Stickles to the party hat and sprinkles for some sparkle.  The star and confetti were left over from another project so I added them to my card for a fun and festive appearance.  A few enamel dots were also added.  My card was finished off with a sentiment from the Scrappy Moms Hooray for Birthdays stamp set.

So Stinkin' Cute Layout

Hello!  When I saw this adorable Flower Skunk from KaDoodle Bug Designs I knew I had to create a layout page.  The fun coordinating papers are from the Charming Charlotte Craft Smith paper pad, the tag is also from the same paper pad.
I had some daisies left over from another project and they coordinated perfectly with my page.  The title was cut from the Cricut Font and Basic Shapes cartridge and was welded together using my Explore.  I used my white gel pen to do a lot of doodling on my layout.  A bit of coordinating ribbon was used on the photo mat and tag.  A couple of touches of Pinkberry Sorbet Trendy Twine were the finishing touch on my layout.

Trendy Twine Design Day

Hello everyone!  I'm over on the Trendy Twine blog today with a double page layout to share featuring Grape Fizz Trendy Twine.  The Latte Stack from DCWV had the perfect papers for a wine themed layout.  I used a variety of Cricut cartridges in Design Space to created my layout pages.  I also used the writing feature on my Explore to write the title of the layout on a tag.  Even though I don't use the writing feature very often, I do love the way the tag looks.
The purple papers coordinating perfectly with the Grape Fizz twine.  I used it to accent the grapes, the tag and photo mats.  The twine was twisted tightly on a thin pick to get the curled look for the grape vines.  I slightly wet the twine with a mixture of glue and water prior to twisting it on the pick.
I scattered some coordinating bling on the lattice edge behind the photo mat.  The rustic layout seemed to need a bit of sparkle and shine from the bling.

Perfect Pair Layout

Today I am sharing a single page layout over on the KaDoodle Bug Designs blog.  My layout was created with the Shoptastic Cuties - Perfect Pear Cuties from KaDoodle Bug Designs.   The little pear couple is so adorable they were perfect for a layout page using some coordinating papers from my stash.
I dressed up the girl pear with a bit of Stickles and a bow in Watermelon Taffy Trendy Twine.  The twine was also used to accent the journaling tag, the banner and tiny buttons.  A few additional embellishments of flowers, washi tape and some punched buttons finished off my layout page.

Wild About You Layout

Today I have a fun layout page to share which was created using several different cartridges in Design Space.  The lamb on the second page was cut from the Easter Seasonal cartridge and the chicken from the Country life cartridge.  The other animals were cut from the Cute Farm Animals cutting file from KaDoodle Bug Designs.  Their faces were stamped with the Peachy Keen Black Eyed Critters Face Assortment Stamps.
My layout page started as a simple one page layout and kept evolving as I continued to add die cuts.  I love all of the details on each of the pages.  I kept my embellishments to a minimum by only adding a few touches of Lemon Peppermint Trendy Twine to the tags and the lamb.  I also added some bling stickers to the fence posts.
All of the die cuts were inked on the edges for a bit more dimension.  The finishing touch was a couple of sentiments from the Scrappy Moms Party Animals stamp set.

Hello everyone!  I'm over on the Trendy Twine blog today with a sweet card to share featuring
Grape Fizz Trendy Twine.  The papers for my card are from the new DCWV Garden Charm Stack which is perfect for Spring projects.  I especially love the lavender and purple colors.  The sentiment tag is also from the same stack.  I added a scalloped edge to the tag which was punched from the Fiskars Scalloped Sentiment punch and framed with some Grape Fizz twine.
The double butterflies were cut from the Cupcake Wrappers cartridge and the single butterfly was cut from the Home for the Holidays - Spring & Summer cartridge.  I embellished the butterflies with some coordinating pearls from my stash.  I fussy cut some leaves from the same paper stack and tucked them in behind the butterflies.  The leaves were layered with some paper flowers.  I created a twine trail behind one of the butterflies and added twine antennae on the other butterfly.
