Hello! Today I have a sweet card to share created with the new Wintertime Peachy Pieces SVGs.  I created my card using the adorable Mr. Big Head Snowman.  I stamped his face with the Candy Cane 1 7/8" Face Set also from Peachy Keen Stamps.
My card was created with the DCWV Basic & Brights stack using my Scalloped Stitched Nested dies from Gina Marie Designs.  I wrapped some Twisted Gumball Trendy Twine around the base of my card.  For a finishing touch, I stamped a sentiment from the APB Let It Snow stamp set.

Craftwell - Christmas Countdown

Hello, this is my second post for the day and I am sharing a fun project for kids over on the Craftwell blog.  I created a festive countdown calendar for Christmas.
My project started with an old clipboard that I was getting ready to toss out and then decided to repurpose it.  I used my eBrush, the Siphon adapter and some gorgeous Dixie Bell Chalk paint in Rebel Yellow.  I mixed in the paint with some water in the glass bottle to use with the Siphon adapter.
The end result of my painting was a beautiful, chalky, matte finish with great coverage.  There was no priming required with the Dixie Belle Chalk paint.  I sanded the edges of the clipboard for a vintage appearance.  Next, I used the eBrush to transform my die cuts by shading the edges.
Several of the die cuts and a left over scrap paper were embossed with the Teresa Collins Design Grids embossing folder using my Cut n' Boss.  The added texture from the embossing folder combined with the eBrush shading bring the die cuts to life.
I ran each of the bases for the numbers through my Xyron sticker maker and adhered them to some scrapbooking paper to create my countdown calendar.
Everything was adhered to the clipboard base.  I embellished the clip with a bit of washi tape and a ribbon bow, both with the countdown theme.
Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a wonderful day!

Oriental Trading - Treat Boxes

Hello!  Today I have a special project to share featuring some Christmas products from Oriental Trading.  I was amazed at how many fun and festive items are available for Christmas.  For my project, I used the Red & White Christmas Mini Paper Stack and the Winter Wonderland Die Cuts for the snowmen.
I formed the Mini Silver Treat boxes and adhered some paper on each of the sides trimming it to size with my Fiskars Sure Cut Paper Trimmer.  Next, I popped out the die cut snowmen and adhered them to front of each box.  A couple of scattered snowflakes and some Stormy Trendy Twine finished off my treat boxes.
I also have two different cards to share created from the same papers and die cut sheets.  My first card was embellished with a couple of metal snowflake brads from the Christmas Embellishment Kit and layered with some adhesive stickers.  The embellishment kit has 360 pieces and is great for decorating those holiday projects.
I kept both of my cards fairly simple to showcase the gorgeous papers, die cuts and embellishments available in the Scrapbooking & Paper Crafting section of the site.
I hoped you enjoyed checking out my projects using my new goodies from Oriental Trading. These items are available in the Christmas Store and the Scrapbooking & Paper Crafting Store from Oriental Trading. Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great day!

This review is based strictly on my opinion.  I was provided the samples free of charge by Oriental Trading to provide my honest review.  No other type of compensation was received.  All ideas and opinions are my own.

Trendy Twine - Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving!  Today the Trendy Twine design team has a special post to share some amazing Thanksgiving projects with our fans.  For my project, I created a card.  The base of my card was die cut using the DCWV Boho stack with some new dies from Gina Marie Designs, thanks to my DT sister Beth for enabling!  The dies cut so beautifully and are very inexpensive, I know I will be getting some more.   I layered the base of my card with a hand cut flag created with the DCWV Gold Threaded Burlap stack.  The flag was wrapped with a bit of Pumpkin Spice Trendy Twine and topped off with a pearl button.
I stamped a sentiment from the APB Happy Thanksgiving stamp set on a cork scalloped circle and adhered it to the flag.  Some leaves were cut from the Destinations cartridge and shaded with my eBrush.
Head on over to the Trendy Twine blog to check out the amazing projects created by the design team. All of the crafty goodies used on my card are available in the store.  Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving Day!

Winter Wonderland Blog Hop

Hello!  Today I am super excited to participate in a month long Winter Wonderland Blog Hop with the DCWV and Eileen Hull design teams.   I worked with the most gorgeous papers from the new DCWV Cranberry Christmas Stack available at Michaels. This stack is so pretty with all of the foil papers it contains.  I purchased these fun mason jars and altered them for a fun gift idea.
I wrapped the holiday papers around the center of the mason jar and adhered the back closed. Several die cut snowflakes were attached to the front as a decorative element.  Using Eileen Hull's Twist & Style Tool I took some cotton cording from Blue Moon Beads and twisted it creating a decorative trim for the top of my mason jar.  I wove in a couple of jingle bells and added a few die cut branches.
The tags are also from the same stack, I trimmed them with some scissors into a gift tag shape, punched a hole and added some more twisted cording to each of the tags.  A die cut snowflake was added to the corner of each tag.
Don't forget to check out the amazing projects by all of the designers and leave a comment for a chance to win this gorgeous stack!  Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a fabulous day!

DCWV Gift Set

Hello! I have a gift set to share today over on the DCWV blog which was created with the DCWV Gift Decor - DIY Project Stack from Michaels.  This stack is pure elegance and makes DIY projects super quick to put together.
The gift boxes can quickly be popped out of the pre-cut page, scoring the edges and with a bit of adhesive the gift boxes are complete.  I added some sparkly May Arts Ribbon by punching some holes at the top.  The embellishments and tags for the bags also came from the same stack.
I created a couple of mini 3x3 cards from white card stock and decorated the front with a bit of left over paper from the punched out page.  An ornament tag from the same stack was layered on top to complete my mini cards. A bit of bling and some Totally White Trendy Twine were the finishing touches.
Thanks so much for stopping by to check out this fun and easy project.  Have a fabulous day!

Trendy Twine - Coffee

Happy Monday!  I have a fun card to share over on the Trendy Twine blog today featuring some gorgeous Spiced Pumpkin Trendy Twine and a Mini Envelope.  I created a tag to fit inside of the envelope which is the perfect size for tucking in a gift card.  The coffee themed planner clip was the perfect accent to the tag.
The papers are from the DCWV Natural Mat Stack and coordinated perfectly with the mini envelope. The sentiment from the APB Need Coffee stamp set was the focal point for my card.  The tiny coffee cup is also from the same stamp set.  I cut out another coffee cup from the Kadoodle Bug Designs Cutesy Breakfast Foods cutting file and adhered it to the front of the envelop.  A few bling stickers were the finishing touch on my card.
