Trendy Twine & Sequins

Hello! Today the Trendy Twine design team is sharing some fun projects created with sequins from Annie's Paper Boutique.  I used Peppermint Stick Sequins which are the perfect color combination for fall.
I created some adorable shaker tags for a Thanksgiving place setting.  I used a die to cut my shaker tag.  The sentiment from the APB Happy Thanksgiving stamp set was stamped in the center of the shaker and I sprinkled in some Peppermint Stick Sequins.
A Polka Dot Trendy Page Dot was used to embellish each of the shakers.  Some coordinating Peppermint Stick Trendy Twine was tied to each of the shakers.  The fall images are from the APB Hello Fall stamp set.  Each image was water colored and finished off with some Wink of Stella for a sparkly effect.
Here are the Peppermint Stick Sequins that I used for my shakers:

All Our Blessings

Happy Monday!  I have a sweet card to share today which I created with the Momenta Flower stamp and punch set.  I used my inks to stamp the flowers in the different colors, then punched them out and adhered them to the base of my card.  I added a purple strip of paper along the edge of my card.
The sentiment is from the Momenta Family stamp set.  A few enamel dots from my stash were the finishing touch on my card.

Trick or Treat Box

I just love to decorate kraft boxes so when I received the Momenta Gift Box Kit I immediately thought of a Halloween treat box.  I cut out some papers from the Momenta 6x6 paper pad and adhered them to my kraft box.  I used the same papers and a die to cut a scalloped square which was adhered to the bottom of the kraft box.  Not only does the scalloped square provide some sturdiness to the box but it also adds a decorative element.  The patterned papers are from my stash and were used to create a belly band and a large banner flag.
A small rosette was created from the coordinating papers and used to decorate the kraft box.  The rosette was layered with a couple of scalloped circles and a bow was created with some Orange Licorice Trendy Twine.  I simply added a trick or treat brad on top of the twine bow for a finishing accent.

The Batty Sequins were adhered to the base of my card.  I stamped a sentiment from the APB Happy Halloween stamp set.  My card was finished off with some Spooktacular Taffy Trendy Twine.

Hello Friend

Hello!  Today I have a Halloween treat box to share.  I used the Momenta Stamp & Die-Cut, Gable Box to cut out my box.  The Jack o latern face was punched with an EK Success punch.  I'm loving this Gable Box die, it is super easy to put together to create a fun and festive treat box.  The papers are from the DCWV Fall & Halloween Basics Stack.
I tucked in some treats and tied the box with some Orange Licorice Trendy Twine.  The sentiment is from the same Momenta set and was stamped on a White Metal Rim Tag.  The contrast of the white tag adds some interest to this CAS project!
Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a fantastic day!

Oriental Trading - Treats

Hello!  I have some Halloween goodies to share today created with products from Oriental Trading. I saw a similar idea on Pinterest and thought it would be fun to create an up-cycled project using toilet paper rolls.
I gathered some papers from the Halloween Basic Pattern Paper Assortment which was measured and trimmed to the size of the paper rolls.  The Glue Dots adhesive tape was used to secure the paper and scallop trim to the paper rolls.  I glued the scallop circle to the bottom of the paper rolls and used the Glue Dots Multiple Surfaces Adhesives for the handle.  These Glue Dots are super strength and will ensure that the handle doesn't come apart from the paper roll.
The finished product is a fun treat container with a handle. These can easily be created and filled with some yummy Halloween candies.
Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a wonderful day!
This review is based strictly on my opinion.  I was provided the samples free of charge by Oriental Trading to provide my honest review.  No other type of compensation was received.  All ideas and opinions are my own.

Trick or Treat

Hello!  Today I have a Halloween card to share which was inspired by the sketch challenge on the DCWV Facebook page.  My card was created with the DCWV Eek-a-Boo stack.  The base of my card was cut with the Gina Marie Designs Stitched Rectangle Die and layered with the Pleated Oval Die.
The Martha Stewart Drippy Goo punch was used for the border along the top edge of my card.  I found the mason jar die, a star die and border die in my stash of dies and created the centerpiece for my card.  Spooktacular Taffy Trendy Twine was used to accent the mason jar.  A few bling pieces and a sentiment finished off my card.

A doily was tucked under the topper and layered with a tag.  Next I added a Grape Tag-Its and heat embossed a sentiment from the APB Happy Halloween stamp set.
The tag was embellished with some Spooktacular Taffy Trendy Twine, a Trendy Page Dot and some Batty Sequins.  A coordinating flower was the finishing accent on my treat bag.

Birthday Tags

Happy Monday! Today I have a set of birthday tags to share which I created to attach to gift bags. My tags were cut with the Mail Tag set from Cottage Cutz and the papers are from the Momenta Watercolor Splash paper pad.
I layered some coordinating Momenta stickers on each of the tags.  The arrows were stamped and cut from the Art-c Feathers stamp and die set.
A few bling stickers were used to accent each of my tags.  For a finishing touch I tied some Trendy Twine on each of my tags (Pink Midnight, Grape Fizz, Twisted Lime).
