Halloween Treat Box

Hello!  Today I have a fun Halloween project to share.  I created this treat box with the Art-C Gable Box die & stamp set.  The papers are from the Momenta "All Through the Year" paper pad.  I fussy cut the Halloween scene from the same paper pad and adhered it to the treat box.  The whimsical pumpkin is way too cute.
I used the some Glue Dots Permanent Adhesive Tape to hold the treat box together.  A Glue Dot was used to attach the Spooktacular Taffy Trendy Twine bow.

Tags

Hello!  Today I'm sharing a set of tags which were created with the Art-C Ephemera Collage kits. I used 3 different kits for each of the tags: Friendship, Word Play and About Us.  I love all of the fun tags, punch outs and embellishments in the kits.
I cut out the kraft tags using the Art-C Love, Hello, Thanks Die & Stamp Combo.  I punched out the circle reinforcements for 2 of the tags using the We R Memory Keepers Hole Reinforcer Punch.  The 3rd reinforcement is from the coordinating kit.
I used some Glue Dots Pop Up Adhesives to give the tags some dimension.  Some pearl accents and a bit of jute finished off my tags.

Grad Card

Happy Monday!  It seems as if one of my kids has been graduating every year and this year it's my son's turn to graduate from community college.  To celebrate his special day I created a fun card for him.
I gathered my supplies for my project and decided to create a tea length card to accommodate the oversized letters.
All of the dies used on my card are from Momenta.  I used the Alphabet Uppercase Serif dies for the large letters which were cut twice and layered.  I used the Glue Dots Stitch Glue Squares between the layers to easily adhere them together.  The Stitch Glue Squares were also used to adhere the letters to the card.  I used the Glue Dots Adhesive Gluetape to adhere the patterned paper to the base of my card.
The congrats die cut is from the Momenta Hello Word Fetti dies and the stars are from the Momenta Happy Birthday Cut and Emboss set.  I used some Twisted Lime Trendy Twine to create a tassel and a small brad to turn a basic square into a graduation cap.
Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a spectacular day!

Celebrate Layout

Hello! I was able to hide out in my craft room recently to work on an album for a wedding gift.  I will be sharing a few page from the album over the next couple of weeks.  Since I am working on an entire album I went with an 8x8 size in a neutral theme.
For the cover page of the album, I used the DCWV Everlasting Love stack for the papers, Momenta Wedding theme stickers, a couple of Momenta dies, Trendy Twine and some amazing Glue Dots products.
I had the opportunity to try out the Glue Dots Pop Up Dots which may now be my most favorite Glue Dots product.  I have always loved the Glue Dots Adhesive Tape for its strength and adherence but the Pop Up Dots provide the perfect dimension.  I love that they are clear.  I simply added some baby powder to the back of the Momenta Wedding Stickers and added the Pop Up Dots for dimension.
I tucked in a gorgeous doily behind the photo mat.  The celebrate sentiment is from the Momenta Hello Word Fetti dies.  The Glue Dots Adhesive tape was used to adhere everything in place. The finishing accent was a bit of Midnight Trendy Twine on the photo mat.
Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a fabulous day!

XOXO Treat Box

Hello crafty friends!  I am happy to be joining Die Cuttin' Divas as their guest designer this week! The challenge for this week is Valentine's Day.  I created a fun treat box for my project using the Momenta 12x12 Super Pad for the paper.  I love the festive design of the paper in the non-traditional colors.
I started my project with the Momenta (Art-C) Gable Box Die & Stamp and cut out 2 pieces which were adhered with the Glue Dots Super Strength Adhesive.  This is my absolute favorite adhesive for my crafty projects.
Once my treat box was created, I die cut a couple of embellishments from the Momenta Cut & Emboss Arrows and Momenta Romance Cutting Templates.  The arrows were inked on the edges for a bit of dimension.
Grape Fizz Trendy Twine was the perfect coordinating color to tie a die cut key to the top of the box.  A bit more Glue Dots Super Strength Adhesive was used to add the arrow to the front of my treat box.

Hello!  Today I'm sharing some yummy treats for Valentine's Day!  Here's another fun way to use some clear bags with a decorative topper.  I used a scalloped square die to cut my bag topper and simply folded it in half.
The topper was embellished with a bit of ribbon and layered with double die cut hearts.  I added a sentiment cut from the Momenta Word Fetti dies to each of the bag toppers.
I filled my bags with some candy which was wrapped with coordinating papers.  A Glue Dot was used to secure the paper to the candy bars.

Trendy Twine - Be Merry

Hello!  Today I have a Christmas card to share over on the Trendy Twine blog. The inspiration for my card was the adorable shaker ornament created from the Cottage Cutz Nested Ornament Ball dies.  I created 2 ornaments so I could use one as a gift tag.  To create the ornament shaker,  I used 2 different sized dies to cut out the ornament frame.  I filled my ornament with some Peppermint Stick sequins.  The sequins were also adhered to the front of my card.
I used some Holly Trendy Twine as an embellishment on my ornament and on the edge of the card. A tiny Glue Dot was added to the back of the ornament to secure it on my card.  The sentiment is from the APB Merry & Bright stamp set.
The products used on my project are available over at Annie's Paper Boutique. Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a wonderful day!

Oriental Trading - Snowmen

Hello!  Today I have another holiday decor project using some amazing products from Oriental Trading.  I saw some similar ideas on Pinterest and was completely inspired to create my own version of these adorable snowmen.
I started my project with the Mini Wood Blocks and sanded them a bit for a smooth finish.  Next I used the white Acrylic Paint to paint each of the wood blocks.  While my paint was drying, I cut out some burlap for the snowman hats.  Next, I stamped each of the snowmen faces with the Peachy Keen Candy Cane Assortment face stamps.  A bit of chalk was added to the cheeks of the snowmen.
The burlap was adhered to each of the blocks with an adhesive tape runner and tied with a bit of jute to create the hat.  I decorated the hats with some buttonsjingle bells and more jute.
Since my snowmen looked a bit plain, I added a couple of more buttons to each of the snowmen.  I used my Glue Dots to secure the buttons to each of the wood blocks.  The snowmen were sealed with some Mod Podge

Thanks So Much

Hello!  Today I'm sharing this Thanksgiving treat box which was created with the Momenta (Art-C) Stamp & Die Cut Gable Box.  I think I'm addicted to cutting out these adorable gable boxes with holiday themed papers. They are the perfect size for tucking in some treats.  I cut out my box using the Momenta 12x12 "All Through the Year" paper pad. The fall themed paper was perfect for my project.
Next, I used some Glue Dots adhesive tape on the edges to adhere the two pieces together to form my box.  A simple belly band was cut from coordinating papers.  I stamped a sentiment from the stamp set included in the Gable Box kit and secured it to my box with some jute.  More jute was adhered to the handle along with a coordinating button and a couple of fussy cut leaves.

Oriental Trading - Place Setting

Hello! As we are preparing for the upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday, Oriental Trading came to the rescue and provided the perfect supplies for my place settings.  Not only did I pick out all of these wonderful products to create each place setting, I will also be able to use the wood plank and burlap table runner on my table for a bit of rustic charm.
I gathered my supplies all from Oriental Trading, trimmed the burlap, folded it over and adhered it using the double-sided tape which created a nice pocket for my utensils.
The burlap leaf shapes were the perfect embellishments for my utensil holder and were adhered with some Glue Dots.  I created the bow topper with a pre-made burlap bow, some jute cording and a wooden button.  A few more Glue Dots on the back of the bow topper secured it on my utensil holder.
This was such a fun and easy project to put together.  I just love the rustic charm of the burlap products which can be found over at Oriental Trading.
Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a fabulous day!

Oriental Trading - Treats

Hello!  I have some Halloween goodies to share today created with products from Oriental Trading. I saw a similar idea on Pinterest and thought it would be fun to create an up-cycled project using toilet paper rolls.
I gathered some papers from the Halloween Basic Pattern Paper Assortment which was measured and trimmed to the size of the paper rolls.  The Glue Dots adhesive tape was used to secure the paper and scallop trim to the paper rolls.  I glued the scallop circle to the bottom of the paper rolls and used the Glue Dots Multiple Surfaces Adhesives for the handle.  These Glue Dots are super strength and will ensure that the handle doesn't come apart from the paper roll.
The finished product is a fun treat container with a handle. These can easily be created and filled with some yummy Halloween candies.
Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a wonderful day!
