A Trendy Twine Happy Halloween

Hello, the Trendy Twine design team is kicking off this month with a special post to inspire our followers with some fun and festive projects!  We are showcasing these adorable Batty Sequins. For my project, I created a shaker style card using a potion bottle from the Happy Hauntings cartridge. The Orange Licorice Batty Sequins were added to the potion bottle and I also adhered a few of the sequin bats to the base of my card.  Both of the ghosts are from the Charmkin Cuties - Got Candy Ghosts cutting file from KaDoodle Bug Designs.  Their faces were stamped with the Variety Face Assortment Peachy Keen Face Stamps.
I accented the shaker potion bottle with some Orange Licorice twine and added a coordinating button. More twine was added to the top and bottom of my card.  The sentiment is from the A Haunting We Will Go Scrappy Moms stamps set.
Here's a closer look at the sequins I used on my project:

Halloween Treat Bag

I have a fun little treat to share for Halloween.  I used a fun chevron bag from Annie's Paper Boutique. The "treats" cut and the witch hat were both cut from the Happy Hauntings cartridge.
A small scalloped circle with a sentiment from the Scrappy Moms Dancing In Circles stamp set was added along with a fun button.  The finishing touch was some Lime Licorice Trendy Twine.

EEK! Layout

This layout was created using the Happy Hauntings cartridge for the title and the Moveable Monsters Digital cartridge for the skeleton.
The skeleton is intended to be put together with brads so that it could move, however, I just glued it together since I wanted to just use it on my layout.
The large scalloped circle is a die cut from my stash.  I added it to the patterned paper to break up the busy background.
I added some Lime Licorice Trendy Twine to the skeleton's bow tie.
The Martha Stewart Scary Fence border punch was used for the fence on the photo mats.  I also added some little jack-o-laterns trimmed from the Fiskars Scary Jack border punch.
The Halloween chipboard tag was also found in my stash.  I added a simple Orange Licorice Trendy Twine bow to it.

Along Came a Spider

This spider card was created using the Happy Hauntings cartridge for the spider web frame and Designer's Calendar for the spider.
The spider was altered by outlining him and his web in Orange Licorice, Midnight and Black Licorice Trendy Twine and some bling for the eyes.
I  added bow made with tulle topped off with a twine bow.  A few paper flowers with bling centers were added as a finishing touch.

Trendy Twine and My Thoughts Exactly Spook-tacular Blog Hop

Hello everyone, welcome to the blog hop hosted by Trendy Twine (TT) and My Thoughts Exactly (MTE).  We have two awesome companies who share their love for crafting.  Trendy Twine specializes in the creation of unique twine colors being the first twine company to have three colors in the twist and a "licorice" line with black twine.  It's the trendiest twine out there.  My Thoughts Exactly offers mix and match stamp sets aiming to provide stampers the most versatility.

For the hop today we have a unique twine and stamp bundle that we are showcasing.  This set includes an exclusive "Build-a-Jack" 4x2 stamp set and an exclusive 10 yard mini of Grape Limeade, 10 yard mini of Grape Licorice and a 10 yard mini of Lime Licorice Trendy Twine.  Please check out Annie's Paper Boutique for details, this bundle is very limited.
If you are visiting the hop in order you should have come from Jessica's blog.  If you just came across my blog and want to start at the beginning, please start at the Trendy Twine blog.  For my project, I created this witch shoe card using the Happy Hauntings cartridge.  The card was cut at 5.5 inches.  At the top of my card I used the Wavy Dotted Scallop EK Success Punch.
I used the Grape/Limeade Trendy Twine to embellish my card.  I added a row of looped twine, stitched twine and then created loops with pearl stickers for the boot buttons.  I just love the grape and lime twist together, it is perfect for Halloween.
My card was finished with a tag cut from the "Labels" digital cartridge cut twice at 2.0 and 2.25 inches and layered.  For some dimension I inked the edges of the tag.
The tag was stamped with the "Build-a-Jack" My Thoughts Exactly stamp set.  This stamp step is so versatile with the ability to choose different shapes for the eyes, nose and mouth of the Jack-O-Latern.
The next stop on the hop is Kendra's blog.  Here is the line up for the entire hop:
