Christmas Journal

Hello!  Today I'm sharing a fun project idea to capture those holiday traditions.  This journal is perfect for memory keeping. I used the Momenta Explorer Journal and embellished the original kraft cover by adding my own festive papers.  The red, white and green theme really give the journal a traditional Christmas feel.

I adhered a Momenta doily layered with some die cut snowflakes and a Christmas tree.  I used my Cricut Explore for the snowflakes and Christmas tree.  I placed the stag from the Art-C Southwestern stamp and die combo on a Pierced Circle from Cottage Cutz and added some holly as an embellishment.  The "december 25 and 2018" were cut from the Momenta Months of the Year die set and layered on the cover.

I heat embossed the stag and "december" with some glitter embossing powder and added Stickles to the 25 and to the holly berries.  The holly was accented with the Art-C Glitter Water Brush.  A whimsical "cheer" sticker from the Momenta Christmas Messages sticker sheet was added on a hand cut flag.  A few glittery enamel dots and some Cranberry Trendy Twine were the finishing touches on my journal.

Merry Christmas Card

Hello! Today I have an elegant card to share created with the new Momenta Merry Christmas die. I cut the wreath twice in contrasting colors.  The sentiment was fussy cut and layered on top of the green wreath.  The wreath was adhered on top of a die cut circle.  The circle is metallic red which coordinates with the card base.

I accented the leaves with my green Art-C Glitter Water Brush.  Some red Stickles were used on the holly for a sparkly finish.

Hello Card

Hello!  Today I have an elegant card to share created with the Southwestern die & stamp combo. This die set is so versatile and can be used for so many different projects.  I adhered a couple of Momenta Vinyl stickers to frame the stag.

The "hello" sentiment was cut from the Art-C Alphabet Pieces die set.  A few flowers punched from the Fiskars Flower punch were used to embellish my card.  I added a some tiny pearls to the centers of the flowers.

Thanks Card

Hello! Today I'm sharing a fall themed card created with some dies from Momenta.  My card started with a basic wood grain paper for the background to which I added some leaves left over from another project. The leaves were cut from the Momenta Cut & Emboss Leaves dies.  I used some Oxide Inks to add the depth and dimension on my leaves.

The "thanks" sentiment was cut from the Momenta Alphabets cutting template and inked on the edges.  I tied some Creamy Pumpkin Trendy Twine on the edge of my card.  A few scattered sequins were the finishing accent.

Travel Memories Layout

Hello!  Today I'm sharing the second page of a double page layout.  I initially created a single page layout with the same papers.  I loved this color combination from the DCWV Travel Adventure Stack and the DCWV Maps, Text, Ledgers stack.  The photo mat is from the Momenta Watercolor Splash paper pad.

I used the Momenta Alphabet Cutting Template die for the "travel" title, the Momenta Cut & Emboss Arrows die for the arrow and the Momenta Romance Cutting Template die for the vintage key.  The Momenta Vellum Shaped Message sticker pad was used for the variety of sticker on my layout.  I added a few Momenta Stencil die cuts as embellishments.  Some Chocolate Truffle Trendy Twine was used on the photo mat and tied to the key.

Halloween Treat Box

Hello!  Today I have a fun Halloween project to share.  I created this treat box with the Art-C Gable Box die & stamp set.  The papers are from the Momenta "All Through the Year" paper pad.  I fussy cut the Halloween scene from the same paper pad and adhered it to the treat box.  The whimsical pumpkin is way too cute.

I used the some Glue Dots Permanent Adhesive Tape to hold the treat box together.  A Glue Dot was used to attach the Spooktacular Taffy Trendy Twine bow.

Dream

Hello!  For this card, I colored my background with several Distress Oxide Ink colors blending them to create an additional layer of color.  Next, I embossed the colored background with the Momenta Floral Cut & Emboss set.

I layered the die cut flower over the embossed version of the same flower for some depth and dimension.  I finished off my card with a sentiment from the same set.

Let Love Grow Card

Hello!  Today I have a CAS card to share created with the Momenta Build a Cactus Stamp set.  I stamped the image, fussy cut it and then layered it on a scalloped oval.

I used a sentiment from the Momenta 3-D stickers set.  The gold sentiment brought a pop of elegance to my simple card.

Favorite Moments Layout

Hello!  I finally had the opportunity to work on some layout pages which is my true passion.  I can get lost for hours playing with all of the elements on a layout page.  I find it very relaxing creating the embellishments for my pages.  For this 12x12 page, I die cut each of the flowers, inked them and layered them.  I was careful not to make them too bulky for my album.

The background papers are from the DCWV Pocket Blossom stack and the striped papers are from the DCWV Basics and Brights Stack.  The "favorite moments" sentiments is from We R Memory Keepers and the "beautiful" sentiment is from the Momenta Best Friends Stamp set.  A few die cut butterflies and an arrow were the finishing accents on my layout page.

Blessed Card Set

Hello!  Today I have a fall themed project to share created with the Momenta Cut and Emboss Leaves dies.  I used several different Oxide Inks and combined the colors on a sheet of paper, then I used the dies to cut out the leaves.  More ink was used on the edges of the leaves for added dimension.

The "blessed" sentiment is from the Momenta Hope Word Fetti Cutting Template Die set.  I used some Permanent Glue Dots to place the leaves in a circle around the sentiment.

The coordinating tag was die cut from the Art-C Love, Hello, Thanks Die & Stamp Combo set.  Some jute twine was added to the tag and card.

I'm Stuck On You

Hello!  Today I have a fun project to share created with the Momenta Build a Cactus stamp set.  This versatile stamp set was used for the cacti plant and also the background of my card.  I popped up the plant on some Glue Dots Pop Up Adhesives for added dimension.

I added a chevron patterned paper strip on top of the stamped background to break up the pattern. The sentiment is from Peachy Keen Stamps.

Hello!  Today I'm sharing a card created with the Momenta Floral Hello Stamp and Punch Set. I loved the pretty flowers in this set so I opted to only use the stamps for my card.  I stamped and layered the flowers to create the base of my card.

I didn't want to detract from the pretty background so I stamped the "hello" sentiment on the die cut banner.  A bit of Chocolate Truffle Trendy Twine was added to the edge of my card as a finishing accent.

Hello!  Today I have a fun card to share created with the Momenta Feathers stamp set. I used several different colors of Momento ink to stamp the feathers which created the background of my card.

I cut out some vellum and layered it on my card base.  Next I cut out a sentiment from the Momenta Thank You border die and adhered it to the vellum.

Congrats Card

Hello crafty friends!  Today I'm joining the Trendy Twine design team, alumni designers and guest designers to send some love to baby Autumn.  Beth welcomed her sweet daughter, Autumn into her family last month and I'm excited to be joining in the celebration.  I created this sweet onesie card for Beth.

The onesie was accented with some Pinkberry Sorbet Trendy Twine.  I outlined the collar, sleeves and heart with the twine.  A die cut "congrats" from Momenta and a few punched flowers were added to my card.  A bit of bling was the finishing accent.

Live, Laugh, Love

Hello!  Today I have an inky card to share which was created with the Momenta Squares Stencil.  I love how the stenciled background pops with the Oxide Ink mixes.  I even blended the ink over the stenciled areas so the contrast would be less pronounced.

Once my background was created, I die cut the sentiments from the Momenta Live, Laugh, Love cutting template.  The black die cuts were the perfect contrast to the inked background.

May You Be Happy Always Card

Hello!  Today I have a CAS card to share created with some fun products from Momenta.  The pretty floral border was cut from the Floral Border die and colored with the Art-C Watercolors.  The brush tip watercolors provided some depth and dimension to my die cuts.  I also used the purple watercolor to add some splatter to the background of my card.

I heat embossed the sentiment on the kraft card stock from the Momenta Inspirational Stamp Set.  I used some bling stickers and enamel dots as the finishing accent on my card.

Butterfly Card

Happy Monday!  I was completely inspired to create a card by the current mood board over at SumMore Fun.

The beautiful color combination in the butterflies had me working with my Oxide Inks in no time.  I used several colors to create the background and layered it with the Momenta Intricate Flower die.

Next I reached for the Butterfly Stamp from Victorine Originals and used the background colors to ink up the butterfly.  I fussy cut around it and adhered it to my card with Glue Dots.  A few pearls stickers were added to the center of the butterfly.  A bit of Totally White Trendy Twine finished off my card.

Thank You Card

Hello! Today I have a simple "thank you" card to share.  I created a fun background with the Momenta Flower stamp and punch set.  I used the flower stamp and 4 different colors of Momento inks to create the pattern on the base of my card.

Next, I layered some white card stock over the base of my card and die cut the "thank you" sentiment from the Momenta Thank You Border.  I trimmed off the edges of the sentiment to size it down to fit my card.

Wish Card

Hello!  Today I have a fun card to share which was created using the Momenta Flower stamp and punch set.  I simply stamped the background with the flowers stamps and some greenery.  I punched out a few of the flowers and popped them up using my Glue Dots Pop Up Adhesives to give my flat card some dimension.

Next I cut out the sentiment from the Momenta Hello Word Fetti dies.  A few enamel dots for the center of the flowers were the finishing accent on my card.

Celebrate Card

Hello!  Today I have a patriotic card to share which is also perfect for a summer birthday card.  I used the Art-C Mason Jar Die & Stamp Combo and heat embossed the mason jar on vellum.  Next, I die cut the mason jar in the embossed vellum and another layer in white card stock.  A few of the stars were adhered between the vellum and card stock layers using Mini Glue Dots.

The stars were die cut from the Momenta Happy Birthday Cut and Emboss set and adhered on the mason jar and on the base of my card.  I added some sequins for a sparkly accent and a bit of Cranberry Trendy Twine. The finishing touch was the sentiment which was die cut from the Momenta Hello Word Fetti die set.
