Trendy Twine Group Design Day - Lucky Layout

Today is our group design day over at Trendy Twine and we have some fun projects to share following this month's challenge.  I created a layout featuring Totally Limeade Trendy Twine.
My layout was created using the Straight from the Nest cartridge for the title, Jubilee for the tag and Indie Art for the Shamrocks.  I used some flowers punched from a Fiskars punch and added bling centers to them.
My tag was embellished with some sparkly flowers, sequins, and some ribbon.  I tucked in a small sentiment on a hand cut flag.
Remember to join the Trendy Twine challenge going on this month and check out the store for a huge selection of craft products.

Sweet Layout

For this layout I recreated a scene I previously made for another project.  I loved how the little scene turned out so I duplicated it to use on this layout.  The little bird friends are my favorite.  All of the die cuts are from the Straight from the Nest cartridge other than the title "Sweet" which came from Create A Critter.
The die cuts were all inked on the edges to give them some dimension with the exception of the title.

The Fiskars Grass border punch was used to create the grass at the bottom of the scene.  I added lots of paper flowers to the layout and used pearl stickers as embellishments.
Some Chocolate Cupcake Trendy Twine was added to each of the butterflies to simulate a flight path.  I also used the Trendy Twine on the birdcage.
I hand cut a simple flag and stamped "So Sweet" from the Scrappy Moms Mini Messages stamp set.

Nursery Decor

This nursery decor frame was created with the Straight from the Nest cartridge for all of the die cuts.  The scene was added to an altered frame that was originally black.  I painted the frame white and used Mod Podge to adhere strips of pink glitter paper.  I then stapled some coordinating ribbon to the back of the frame so that it could be hung on a wall.
The scene was created using the Fiskars Grass border punch at the bottom of the frame and by adding some simple flower stems topped off with paper flowers.
The two little birds were also embellished with paper flowers.  I added some extra layers of paper flowers and greenery to the branch to make it fuller and carry it across the top of the frame.
Some pearl stickers were added to the flower centers and to the other die cuts.  All of the die cuts were inked on the edges.  The scene was finished off with a twine bow made from Chocolate Cupcake Trendy Twine.

Thank You Card

This simple thank you card was created using the Straight from the Nest cartridge for the flowers and Create a Critter cartridge for the sun.
Each of the flowers got some bling for the centers and I added a little bit of stitching to the sun with my white gel pen.
The flags were cut by hand and accented with a button and Peppermint Stick Trendy Twine.  The sentiment is from My Creative Time "Sport Sentiments" stamp set.
