The Ocean Is Calling Card

Hello!  Today I'm sharing a card created with some fun stickers and dies.  I recently discovered the Momenta Mermaid Extra Puffy Stickers and was inspired to created this whimsical card.
I created the background panel with a combination of Distress Oxide Inks and layered it with the Mermaid Scale Mat.  The white card stock created a stark contrast between the layers.  Next I cut an a oval with the Momenta Nested Oval Border, inked it and layered it on top.  The mermaid stickers and some bling was scattered on my card base to finish it off.
